By installing or using SFX Panel ("the Software"), you agree to these terms.

License. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for your own video-editing work.
Restrictions. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Software itself. (Any sound-effect files you place are your own; the Software does not include audio content.)
No warranty. The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any damages arising from use of the Software, including data loss. Always keep backups of your projects.
Updates & changes. Updates may be provided at the developer's discretion, and these terms may be updated.

SFX Panel（以下「本ソフトウェア」）をインストールまたは使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

ライセンス. 利用者は、自身の映像編集業務のために本ソフトウェアを使用する、非独占的かつ譲渡不可のライセンスを付与されます。
禁止事項. 本ソフトウェア自体の再販売・再配布・サブライセンスはできません（配置する効果音ファイルは利用者自身のものであり、本ソフトウェアに音源は含まれません）。
無保証. 本ソフトウェアは「現状のまま」提供され、明示・黙示を問わずいかなる保証も行いません。
責任の制限. 法律で認められる最大限の範囲で、開発者はデータ損失を含む本ソフトウェアの使用に起因するいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。プロジェクトのバックアップは必ず保持してください。
更新・変更. アップデートは開発者の裁量で提供されることがあり、本規約も更新される場合があります。
